You like fish? Then you'll love this recipe

If you love fish as I do, then you may also love Finnish gravlax, a lightly salted salmon that costs around 30 €/kg or more in the shop. Doing it yourself will save you tens of euros. Here's an easy recipe for you.

1 file of salmon (about 900g.)

3.5 tablespoons coarse sea salt

1.5 tablespoon brown organic sugar

One bunch of dotted dill (can be also parsley, rosemary, thyme or any other flavor you love)

Mix all the spices in a bowl. Wash and wipe the whole salmon fillet, then spread the spices evenly over the fish. Wrap in a baking paper and then in a plastic wrap. Apply a small weight, ie. a can of juice. Refrigerate for about 1-2 days. Remove from the refrigerator, remove the spices, and use a sharp knife to cut the sides. A mustard or remoulade sauce and a sliced lemon is a perfect match with it.

Enjoy your delicacy. :)
