The eatery offers classic Filipino pork specialties like kare-kare, a dish of crispy pork belly served with rice, and sizzling sisig, a popular Filipino favorite made with crispy pork, diced onion, paprika, chilies, and egg, accompanied by rice. Another beloved Filipino dish is Lumpiang Shanghai, which can be savored with either fries or rice. Yet, the most desired treat among Filipinos is the cassava cake dessert made from grated cassava, coconut milk, and condensed milk.

During this visit, I chose to try the palabok out of my interest in exploring different noodle dishes. Palabok provides a unique and captivating culinary adventure. Meanwhile, my picky child opted for the chicken inasal, which she found incredibly tasty, describing it as the most delicious chicken dish she has ever had.
