Oat biscuit recipe

This recipe is an all time favorite. Kids love this recipe and its easy to make. Oat biscuit is called kaurakeksi in Finnish.

Ingredients:


50 g butter

1 dl sugar

2 dl oatmeal flakes ( Elovena)

1 tbsp wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Instructions:


Warm the oven at 200 degrees

Melt the butter and mix together with sugar in a saucepan.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix quickly. Spread the dough on a baking sheet.

Bake for 5 minutes in the upper level of the oven.
