Easy to make feta-cherry tomato pie
Here's a recipe for a delicious feta tomato pie that is perfect for a spring lunch or dinner:

Ingredients:
1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
2 eggs
2 dl whipped cream
2 dl cream cheese
200 g cherry tomatoes
100 g feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Press the pie crust into the pan.
Mix the texture of the chicken eggs in a broken bowl and pour in the whipped cream and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
First, spread the feta cubes/crumbled feta and some of the split cherry tomatoes on the pie crust. Then pour the filling on top and place a few more cherry tomatoes, cut side up, into the filling.
Bake in a 200-degree oven for 30–40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
